1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the olx606 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise authorized under applicable local laws to access and use online betting services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

olx606 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of the relevant account pending further review.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on olx606, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on olx606. The opening, or attempted opening, of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, potential forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

olx606 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and BRI Liga 1 season milestones. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and cannot be claimed by the same individual more than once per promotion period unless explicitly permitted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on olx606 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or sport rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific rule shall prevail for that game or event.

• Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other listed markets are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the Help section. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the accumulator to pay out.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show titles, are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. Results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer or game engine.

• Void Bets: olx606 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or materially affected by circumstances outside normal sporting parameters. Staked amounts on voided bets are returned to the Player's balance in full.
• Maximum Payout: A single-transaction maximum payout limit applies. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook and casino interfaces. olx606 reserves the right to limit winnings where evidence of system errors, pricing errors, or irregular betting patterns exists.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on olx606. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is identified:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate event outcomes or exploit pricing errors.
• Accessing olx606 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where access circumvents geographic restrictions through VPNs or proxy services.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under any applicable law.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes after funds have been used for wagering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the olx606 support team or other players on any platform channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the olx606 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx606 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the olx606 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from olx606.

9 Limitation of Liability

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
